  • 10/09/08--02:02: What's Your Problem, Bitch?! (chan 2672181)
  • There's this old bitch who love bitching about me. It will always be about the size of MY body, my food intake and recently my cakemaking skills and maternal behaviour. Her mouth I guess is as big and wide as her *toot*.

Just moments ago, came to my place to taste the hari raya cakes that I did. Please note that this is the 3rd time in this week that she came to my place to eat the cakes. Her fucking mouth just itch to say something that always bring others down. She started comparing my cakes which are easy to make to my sister's cakes which are more tedious. I've got no qualms telling her that I prefer doing the easy cakes and my sister loves doing the tedious ones. She said well that shows in the way we behave. NOTE: SHE HAS NEVER MET OR KNOWN MY SISTER! And she continues, well your sister will be a better housewife and mother than you (me). I told her, being able to bake / cook does not necessarily say that you'll be a good mother. Then she said, only when u become a mother, you'll...

  • 10/21/08--06:50: A Bad Day (chan 2672181)
  • Had a bad day today. this blardy mat salleh bastard @ werk came up to me asking for a document which i never ever know existed! told him the truth, showed him the file skali he said, "Its already bad enuf to lose the original document, the least you could have is the soft copy". to which i reply, "How can I have something which I know nothing of?" The bastard smugly said, "Maybe you can try and think who has it". binawey betol!

The thing about my company, i dun know whether this happens in YOUR company lah. Just cos my dept generates contracts, so technically we should have ALL contracts, rite? BUT there are some smart ass who is heading my dept and doing contracts on her own, who dun forward it to us or did it w/o informing us. So, tell me, how to keep track? geram sehh!!! and the smart ass who did it, conveniently said, oh have passed it to the Marketing. F*&k offlah dey!

  • 10/29/08--22:01: Stay Interested in the World, Take on A challenge (chan 2672181)
  • I got this by e-mail and find it very very interesting. What more, I'm a fan of MM Lee. Let's read through this and I hope we will gain something from it.

'Stay interested in the world, take on a challenge': MM Lee
*This is Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew's advice on ageing the best way one can. Yesterday, he shared some personal insights into how he himself deals with ageing. Here is the transcript of his remarks.*

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MY CONCERN today is, what is it I can tell you which can add to your knowledge about ageing and what ageing societies can do. You know more about this subject than I do. A lot of it is out in the media, Internet and books.
So I thought the best way would be to take a personal standpoint and tell you how I approach this question of ageing.

If I cast my mind back, I can see turning points in my ph...

Went to the concert tonite with Sis and Bro-in-law. Reached there just in time @ 8.30pm and the concert start without delay.

Anuar Zain, as usual, was very very handsome, suave, dashing, cute....and beyond words that can be described. His concert was totally entertaining and we really enjoyed ourselves! We couldn't get enuff of him, how i wish he would continue to sing and sing and sing and sing and sing....*swoon*

From the place that we were sitting, we could see some of our local stars and djs, i.e. Najip Ali, Taufik Batisah, Hyrul, Oniata, DJ Aura Shai, Hafeez Glamour, Fiza O and if i get the other 2 rite, it would be Nity Baizura and Didicazli. The crowd was sporting and so is Anuar Zain. Someone of the audience asked for the song Kain Pelekat and he sang part of it, whilst the rest, we (the crowd) started singing....hehehe

My ONLY COMPLAINT is we don't get to take any photos of him for remembrance...*sigh*. Everytime someone took out a camera and start to take, the usher will come...

Ok, i'm one of those guilty of secretlytrying to take pixs of him but only got one. Tu pun so far and blur...haizz. Tkpelah, janji dpt

Today, Mak and myself will be attending my bro's Passing Out Parade @ Tekong. Only 2 tickets were given so we are the chosen ones cos Bapak has to work, unable to take leave. The weather was very good, to begin with.

Arrived in Tekong @ around 2pm. Sat in the Auditorium and watched Mr Bean, but Mak and I took the opportunity to SLEEP hehehehe. The event finally start @ 3.45pm. It really make us feel proud to see the boys turned to men and it was really....hmm...how do i explain it huh. The feeling is just different being there and watching them.

There were a few fainting incidents. Poor guys! Not enough rest, i guess. As for my bro, he's brought home the Tekong cough and infect both Mak and myself. But it's Mak who took the worst hit cos she lost her voice...hehehe. So for now, my bro is on "leave" for slightly more than 1 week while waiting for his posting.

It's been awhile since i last blogged about myself. Frankly, too much have been happening in my life and they are not good things. I wish i could really tell it out here but some are rather personal and the person involved might think I'm hitting on him. As days went by, I've begun to think whether it is worth to go through these. Why can't things stay the same and we will still be able to be happy with our lives. Let's not blame the economic downturn...because we know that's not the reason things turn out the way it did.

I envy people who are surrounded by their beloved hubbies/wives, boyfriends/girlfriends, fiances/fiancees. It is not easy to maintain a relationship, i know, but it should also be two-way, not one-way. Why is it as the day draws nearer, i feel that happiness is getting further away from me/us? We are supposed to be basking in the happiness as the day draws nearer not living our lives like 2 strangers.

Relationships are about communication, honesty, unde...

Today is my 1st visit to ROMM. Before this, I've only heard of it but have never been there....not even for any friends' or relatives solemnization event. Went there to register for my wedding date. I was accompanied by the 2 out of 3 of the most dearest and loved men in my life.....my Daddy as well as my fiance. The 3rd dearest is my brother hehehe.

Ok, the trip there was pretty quiet because I don't know what to expect. Daddy was silent and so am I. When Daddy drove in, I was still contemplating and asking myself, "Is this true? Am I really going to get married soon? Should I go ahead with this? Do I want to do this? What happens after marriage? Will my marriage be a happy one?" These are questions which kept replaying in my mind. Well, too late, right, we are already there.

We reach there @ 11.10am. The lady told us that registration close at 11.30 am and will resume services @ 2pm. Fiance, was as usual, late. I was getting quite panicky and a lil bit pissed cos of his lat...

After ROMM, Daddy sent me to Jalan Kledek, to choose my outfit from Fatimah Mohsin, after which he went home.

Though there are only 4 outfits to choose from, it was quite tough for me to decide and choose. What with Fiance, not co-operating. He just came back from his night shift and has not slept yet. So there he was sleeping while sitting down and here I am cracking my head and arms choosing the baju!

Not sure how many times i went thru the hangers of clothes. Thank God, Kak Nana was very patient with me. Finally, made a decision and chose all 4 outfits. Was very happy with my selection and as for Fiance, he ok everythinglah. I guess he just wanna go home and sleep hahaha.

Insyallah, a few days before the actual wedding, we'll go for our final fitting. Hopefully, by then, I'll manage to shed off a few kgs and not look like an anak badak or anak gajah anymore!

Here are some shots of us during our short stay at Amara Sanctuary.

The most creative power given to the human spirit is the power to heal the wounds of a past it cannot change.

We do our forgiving alone inside our hearts and minds; what happens to the people we forgive depends on them.

The first person to benefit from forgiving is the one who does it.

Forgiving happens it three stages: we rediscover the humanity of the person who wronged us; we surrender our right to get even; and we wish that person well.

Forgiving is a journey; the deeper the wound, the longer the journey.

Forgiving does not require us to reunite with the person who broke our trust.

We do not forgive because we are supposed to; we forgive when we are ready to be healed.

Waiting for someone to repent before we forgive is to surrender our future to the person who wronged us.

Forgiving is not a way to avoid pain but to heal the pain.

Forgiving someone who breaks a trust does not mean that we give him his job back.

Forgiving is the only way to be fair to ourselves.

    Forgivers are not doormats...
